Good morning from flight 2268 to Miami. Flying time is 2:32, and we are making good time. Just finished service, and now I’m getting hungry. But alas, I cannot eat as I am currently fasting. I am not fasting for diet reasons though, but more to keep myself from eating too late at night.

Last night, I ate around 20:00 and was tossing and turning all night. No it wasn’t gas 🤪, rather my body digesting, and burning the fuel. My heart was faster than it normally was too which obviously contributed too. So I think the circadian rhythm style fast is appropriate for this experiment, but we’ll see how far I go.

After Miami we head to St Lucia for some beach time and free drinks. We’ll see what happens there. Will be my first time at this hotel, and I hope it’s everything people mention. I have only been stuck at the Bay Garden with is 90 or so minutes away from the airport and not very accommodating. Apparently, there is a lazy pool at this spot and kid side and adult side for the pool stuff which is appropriate. Looking forward to it.

1:13 to go, and without internet on the plane it sure makes this trip slow, but it’s good to keep an eye out anyway instead of distractions. I’m trying to stay away from social media, or the news part of social media as a mass shooting happened in NZ at a mosque. I just don’t want to think about it right now, very heartbreaking.
